Viralstorm is a card game made for the Game Off Jam 2021, and was made with Unity, C# and Bolt! #madewithbolt

You are an antivirus, plugged into a virus overridden computer.

Utilize the programs at your disposal to rid this Digitized world of any and all corruption!

Upgrade your existing programs, or find registry keys to unlock new ones!

It is recommended to have the Itch.io App installed on your computer, as that will automatically install any new updates.

IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ON HOW TO PLAY:

since multiplayer is the only gamemode currently you will need to open either another instance of the game on your computer or have another player on a different computer connect to your computers IP address.

PLAYING AS HOST: 
> STARTING A GAME:
Enter Multiplayer Mode
Click on 'Host' in the top left.

> FINDING THE IP ADDRESS:

Control Panel >> Network & Internet >> Change Adapter Settings (on left side) >> Ethernet >> Look for the IP Address marked as IPv4 Address. 

PLAYING AS CLIENT

> JOINING A GAME:

Enter Multiplayer Mode

The box next to the 'Client' option is the address that contains the hosted game, change this to either:

localhost: if the game is hosted on YOUR machine.

<IPv4 address from the host>:  if the game is NOT hosted on YOUR machine.

(WILL BE MORE ACCURATE IN THE FUTURE BUT I AM NOT A VERY GOOD DEVELOPER THEREFORE I AM NOT ACCQUAINTED WITH MULTIPLAYER VERY WELL)
